The Richmond Interscholastic Soccer Officials Association serves the refereeing needs of the scholastic soccer community in the greater Richmond area.
Richmond Interscholastic Soccer Officials Association (RISOA) was formed during the fall of 1988 to organize, certify, and train interscholastic soccer referees and officials to officiate interscholastic soccer matches in the Richmond area. RISOA was formed, with the assistance of the Virginia High School League (VHSL) and the Central Region, to create an organization that met the sanctioning requirements of VHSL.
